Pricing
Costs in this business can be quite extraordinary and that’s why we do everything we can to ensure that our quotes are accurate (we’ve never gone over quote before), and that we offer the fairest possible ways in which to charge for our work. As we mentioned before, special rates and payment methods are available in particular for start-ups and not-for-profit organisations. This section principally outlines the business rates.
A variety of hourly rates are the main way in which we charge (rates depend on specialty). Unlike other companies though, we only charge you for the time that you actually use- there’s no charging for 60 minutes, when it took only 5 minutes. Therefore there’s no minimum time. For this, you can buy the time in advance and prices are very competitive.
You will be asked for an up-front deposit of 20% of the quote which is payable before work commences (following a quote). This deposit is fully refundable less expenses payable to companies other than bspoken- for example if we buy the domain for a website, then we cannot return that and so this would be deducted from the deposit, but the website transferred as is to your names. We’ve never had to return a deposit though!
