| One-Off Most of our work comes as a single unit, and so in these situations, we provide a quote, and then do our best to stick to it. We’ve never gone over budget before. In these situations, you will be provided with a breakdown of the costs involved, and then any work that is not done will be not be charged for. The circumstances where an invoice came in above the cost of a quote would be in special situations where a client had reversed on an informed decision. We are flexible, but obviously if a considerable amount of work is to be discarded then our people should be remunerated. But don’t worry- we make it absolutely clear where and when these important decision points are! Of course, you are free to cancel the contract at any point, and your deposit will be returned to you less non-bspoken costs. And remember- this scenario has never happened before! Back... |
