Order Handing
Once you’ve decided that you might be interested, then you need to contact us.
Thereafter follows a series of consultations (either virtual or face to face), after which we will provide you with a quote, and then give you some time to think about what you want to do.
Now at this point, the 'flow-diagram' becomes rather more fuzzy as it depends on which service you require. The important part though is that once the machine is set in motion, you are free to stop and question whenever you want whilst we’re in this strategy stage. We’ll keep on working and showing you where we are- in fact you’ll be able to keep up to date using the bspoken Access Point, which gives you secure and free access to the work that you’re commissioning, online from any workstation with internet access in the world.
The design process will constantly ping work over to you and you can then comment. It’s this concerted dialogue that ensures you are given exactly what you want and what suits you best. We’ll never move to the implementation stage until you are happy with what we are serving you up!
The implementation stage is the penultimate stage which leads up to the roll-out. Subsequent to this, flows the ‘bedding down’ stage in which we allow for whatever issues to be addressed, and all this without us charging you more!
